Gala Menu

Starter: Grilled Peach and Blueberry Salad (Mixed organic greens, grilled peaches, blueberries, red peppers, toasted almonds in mango Prosecco vinaigrette)

Main: Tuscan Chicken (Roasted chicken breast seasoned with Italian spices and simmered in a parmesan cream sauce, rainbow cherry tomatoes and baby spinach. Served with baked root vegetables)

Dessert: Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cake (Luxurious layers of light chocolate cake, raspberry butter cream and rich chocolate truffle cream)
