Join hosts conservation biologist Ewa Bednarczuk and Indigenous poet Sarah Lewis from Curve Lake First Nation for a guided nature walk and soothing Forest Bathing in the nearby Mary West Nature Reserve. Pre-order a Westben picnic or bring your own to enjoy on the Meadow before a live concert featuring Susan Aglukark.
