“High standards” with a great Canadian jazz songstress Heather is a consummate entertainer, bringing audiences to their feet at some of the country’s most prestigious music festivals, jazz clubs, and concert halls. Her live shows are a combination of timeless songs, brilliant musicianship, and Heather’s unique sense of humour – all adding up to pure entertainment. For this, and more, she’s been named “Female Vocalist of the Year” at Canada’s National Jazz Awards. Heather is in demand as a vocalist, voice actor, broadcaster,
and educator. She has worked with a vast array of artists, including Phil Nimmons, Kenny Wheeler, Fred Hirsch, Gene DiNovi, Guido Basso, Lea Delaria, Anne Hampton Callaway, John Lamb, Carol Welsman, Jackie Richardson, Denzal Sinclaire, Ian Shaw, as well as the late Rob McConnell and Peter Appleyard.
